Koigi Estate’s mansion (the main building) was entirely renovated during September 2008 until September 2009, with the financial help from the European Financial Mechanisms and Koigi parish. Additionally, the naturally beautiful estate park offers an excellent surrounding milieu for both - outstanding results from a professional seminar, as well as profound emotions for a lovely wedding day.
Because of the logistically perfect location as the distance from all the bigger towns in Estonia is almost equal the mansion of Koigi Estate would be the best place for arranging state-wide meetings.
Although there is a school operating in the building the need for using mansion’s rooms at the same time for seminars, conferences, receptions as well as celebration gatherings were taken into account during renovation works. That is why it is possible to organize events without interrupting the school activities or vice versa.
The left wing of the building’s ground floor is available for guests. The big hall of the mansion has seats for 100 persons. The bigger auditorium is connected to the smaller conference room, which can also be used as seminar room or allocated buffet assortment serving or catering. The additional convenient feature of a smaller hall is that it can be rearranged as a performance stage; for this purpose we can offer easily maneuverable module stage. It is also possible to rent additional classrooms for smaller events or for group-work purposes.
As for room rental, we can also offer Wifi-Internet, data projector, screen stand and whiteboard.
Catering can be ordered at advance notice. It can be ordered on the basis of the local buffet, or we can also pre-order special catering service. If you prefer your own favorite catering service, no restrictions will be made.
