Welcome to Tartu county - with its majestic river Emajõgi, picteresque

fertile fields, a developed and varied economy, a famous university,
modern technology, top science and medicine, many cultural and sport
events. The heart of the county is the city of Tartu - a development
leader and generator for ideas and investments.
