Madsa Holiday Home is a superb place for an active vacation together with your family or friends. The holiday home is located on the territory of Madsa Holiday Village. Located nearby are: Kuutsemägi, Otepää Golf, Pühajärve – Kääriku lighted sports track, Kääriku skiing-hiking tracks and Tehvandi Sports Centre.
The Kääriku—Kärnjärve hiking track also passes by Madsa, there is only a few kilometres to Kääriku walking, cycling or skiing in winter. Also the Otepää bicycle marathon route goes by this track.
If the snow conditions are favourable, the holidaymakers can use ski-tracks on the territory of the holiday village that start right behind the cottages – especially handy for families with children.
The first floor (plan):
Rest room: fireplace, TV, corner-sofa, coffee table, large dining table, chairs
Kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans and tableware.
Bedroom: a small room with a double bed.
Washing premises: shower, WC, sink, washing machine, drying cabinet. Sauna with an electrical sauna oven.
The second floor (plan):
Large bedroom: two single beds, two daybeds, TV and a DVD player.
Small bedroom: two single beds, 2 armchairs (can be opened – 60*200)
II floor WC: sink and WC
Blankets, pillows, bed-linen, towels, flannels.
The house can be rented by people of at least 21 years of age!
Unfortunately, we do not arrange school or class events in our house.
Final cleaning is not included in the price.
There are beds for six persons, additional beds can be arranged if necessary.
No smoking!
