Bemutatkozás
Käbliku farmstead was founded in 1985 in the place of the former Matto watermill in the crook of the Leevi river, which is a branch of the Ahja river. The picturesque landscape on the eastern outskirts of the Otepää Upland and a location hidden from neigbours create a fascinating feeling of privacy. There are no boundaries between the home yard and the pure nature. The family has restored the artificial lake of the watermill, on the bank of which 5 cross-beam houses with thatched rooves have found their place.
The old holiday house has a double room and a twin room, and an open livingroom with 4 beds on the garret floor. An extra bed can be added upon request. The open livingroom consists of a restroom with a TV set and a fully fitted kitchen. On the ground floor there are a little sauna and room with a fireplace. The house has a dry closet.
The new holiday house awaits guests with a double room with WC, a hunting hall suited for seminars and parties (for up to 50 persons), room with a fireplace (for 10-15 persons) and the sauna.
At summertime guests can try the romantic granary accommodation (a room for 2 persons, a room for 5-6 persons and a granary for a family (4 persons) together with an outdoor kitchen.
On the sloping shore of the artificial lake there is a place for camp fire with a village swing, a dancing floor and a long table under a wooden awning.
In Käbliku farmstead there are two riding horses, dogs and cats, and fish in the lake. Nature lovers can use hunting towers in the nearby forest for the observation of wildlife and ramblers can wander on countless scenic forest roads.
We provide hunting service for hunters.
Within the range of 6 km you find shops and the post office of Saverna, and Krüüdneri tavern, a romantic eating place. |
