ANNEMÄE HOLIDAY HOUSE is located in the Nature Park of Otepää on the shore of the River Väike Emajõgi, 8 km from the city centre of Otepää towards Kääriku.
The Holiday House is rented out for one company at a time. Accommodation is meant for 8 people. There is a possibility for 2 additional places.
Upon request it is possible to order catering from Saaremäe … OÜ while booking in advance.
There is a kitchen corner, sauna with electrical heating, fireplace room, WC, shower and 2 bedrooms on the second floor in the Holiday House. From sauna you can jump directly to the artificial lake.
Additionally to accommodation there is a possibility to order the following activities:
* Canoe and rubber boat trips
* Riding
* Paintball
* Bicycle rent
* Tartu Marathon ski track runs behind the house
* The lighted Sihva-Kääriku ski-bicycle track is only within half a kilometre distance
Rent of the Holiday House:
Monday to Thursday: 130€ /24h
Friday to Sunday-P: 165€ /24h
Prices include:
* sauna
* sheets (8 people)
* Use of kitchen (equipment, dishes etc)
* use of fireplace (wood not included)
* fire- or barbeque area outside
* TV and radio
