Description
The Valge Kroon (White Crown) hotel and café is 500 meters from Lake Pühajarv in Otepää.
The town of Otepää is one of the oldest Estonian settlements (1116) and is one of the most beautiful places in southern Estonia. The resort town is on the shore of Lake Pühajarv (the Hole Lake). The lake and the park surrounding it are under government protection. The beach with clean sand, café, boat station, rescue station – there is everything required for rest. The surrounding woods are full of berries and mushrooms and there is a lot of fish in the lake. Clean air and quietness draw tourists from many countries here.
The town of Otepää lays in a hilly landscape, which provides ample resources both for summer and winter rest. Downhill skiers come from other regions of Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. |
