Estonian Experience is a travel company providing you with the fresh and inspirational tours during your stay in Estonia. Some of the tours are only available from us, some others are provided in cooperation with our carefully selected partners.
Estonian Experience was started in 2008 by two young Estonians - Eva-Maria and Pille. We have been working for many years in tourism industry as organizers for large events. We are still happy to assist you in organizing conferences, meetings or incentive packages for groups from 25 to 500 persons in cooperation with Broadline OÜ which is one the leading Estonian event management companies. Let us know if you need also full package including tours, hotels, catering and project management and we are ready to help you.
However, the idea behind Estonian Experience is to provide the innovative and high quality tours also to individual travelers and small groups. Our activities can be booked by phone and by e-mail (although we dream about opening also a small outlet in Tallinn Old Town one day). Tours with regular departures can be also booked online on our site.
After booking, we send you an invoice which can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer. Last minute bookings can be also paid in cash.
We know that all kind issues might happen with your travel plans. This is why we are providing you with flexible booking and cancelling terms. You can cancel your booking:
- Over 7 days prior the time of tour departure with 100% refund
- From 4 to 7 days before the tour departure with 70% refund
- No refund when cancelled less than 3 days prior the departure
