Barge trips and cruises
The unique 14. century trade ship lodi offers the opportunity to travel in history and nature.
Our friendly crew will take you on a trip to the hanseatic trade route river Emajõgi,
to drift between the bogs of Suursoo Nature Reserve or on an adventurous sailing odyssey to Lake Peipsi.
There is no hurry on board of the Emajõe sailing barge -
just like in the hanseatic times lodi will go with the flow along its untouched navigation routes.
The new crew can study the endless waterfields, smell the tar scent and,
while sitting on sheep skins under the huge flapping square sail,
see through the eyes of the deck-hands who worked on the barges for centuries.
Catering, guides and barge musicians also available.
The cargo hold hides modern seminar opportunities and mobile wifi connection.
There is room for 36 passengers on board.
